Assist our Service User to participate actively in community, civic, social, recreational and leisure activities; includes supporting our Service User during these activities, and developing their ability to partake in these activities. Lifestyle Connections has always and will continue to provide support on a one-on-one basis in all areas of home and community life where the Service User has choice and control and is fully included. Our Service User and his/her support worker are seen as two people participating together in our community just like everyone else, so we set by example.
